At CareShepherd, our mission is to enhance the lives of seniors living at home by creating meaningful social interactions. During this time of social distancing, the senior community has been hit hard with the effects of social isolation. To help, we want to create recorded video content to keep them active, engaged, and socially connected.
We are searching for volunteers to record fun activities, crafting how-to videos, instructional videos, etc. that seniors will enjoy. Here are a few examples:
- Exercise videos like yoga, stretching, etc.
- How to Knit a Washcloth
- How to Draw/Paint a (insert item)
- How to Use Zoom, Microsoft Word, Postmates, etc.
- How to Play Solitare, Poker, etc.
Please let us know if you have any questions or are interested in creating content for seniors to enjoy.
