The Land Trust for Tennessee conserves land that is important to the people of Tennessee, including family farms, thriving forests, public parks, scenic views, wildlife habitat, and historic landscapes and sites across the state. Glen Leven Farm in Nashville is the home of our offices and outreach programs, and is open by appointment only.
