Thank you for thinking of our Heroes! Want to do a little driving for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center? Don't mind getting gas and doing a little cleaning? Then this is the opportunity for you! We are looking for a volunteer 3 days a week, or three volunteers one day a week to work with our Fleet Manager and ensure we have fuel in all of our Government Vehicles and ensure there was no trash left behind by the previous operator.
Must be able to complete the GOV driver's training course and have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

Description
The VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System is a Joint Commission-accredited facility serving Veterans in eastern Colorado and parts of Kansas. The VA Medical Center is located in Denver, Colorado and the Community Based Outpatient Clinics are located in: Alamosa, Aurora, Golden, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, La Junta, and Lamar, CO. There are Primary Care Telehealth Outreach Clinics in Burlington and Salida, CO, an ambulatory surgical center at the Air Force Academy, a Community Living Center in Pueblo (40 beds), and along with the Department of Defense and Veteran Benefit Administration, an Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) Center at Fort Carson, CO.
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), part of the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), is home to the United States’ largest integrated health care system consisting of 152 medical centers, nearly 1,400 community-based outpatient clinics, community living centers, Vet Centers and Domiciliaries.
