If you are someone who wants to make a difference during COVID-19 by volunteering at Ravenswood community health clinics during this challenging time, we have opportunities for you to be part of the action. Our volunteers will help us efficiently adapt to new safety requirements as we re-open onsite clinic services. Examples of how you can help include directing traffic in our parking lots and conducting symptom screening for patients and visitors at our front entrances.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for volunteers 18 years or older
- can commit to 8 hours per week (can do 2 four-hour shifts, or 1 eight-hour shift) for 6-10 weeks
- wear a mask
- be available between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, Monday through Saturday for volunteering at Ravenswood

Ravenswood Family Health Center is a nonprofit medical clinic that offers primary health care services to people of all ages living in South San Mateo County, regardless of ability to pay.
Description
We welcome persons with Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, Medicare, Private insurance as well as those who have no insurance, especially if you are low income. As a multi-cultural community health center, our goal is to provide excellent heath services and to eliminate cultural and language barriers to health by providing bilingual medical staff and health education services.
