"Forget-Me-Not" Volunteer - Deliver items to patients, provide social connection through phone calls and card writing.

Monthly delivery program to brighten the day of hospice home patients. There will be items to pick up from the Blue Ash Inpatient Unit and deliver to patient homes. For instance a bouquet of sunflowers. Items will be left on the front porch with no patient or family contact. A follow up phone call or thinking of you card will follow.
