PAL Charlotte will be holding lab learning sessions for CMS students. We are in need of volunteers to assist with students. We will be making sure they are logging in to virtual class, assisting with class work when needed, checking in with teachers for assignments if asked by parents and providing tutoring.
We will need volunteers from 7:15a-2p but you are not required to work the entire shift. Sessions are held Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We also have a night session on Wed 6-8p.
We are practicing health precautions. Masks will be worn, students are temped before entry and rooms are sanitized between sessions. We will practice general social distancing throughout the day and students have individual bins for their personal belongings.
