We are a non-profit organization building an infrastructure to develop, manufacture, distribute and operate remote-controlled ventilators and oxygen concentrators that will also gather high-resolution treatment data for scientific research and treatment optimization.

One of our greatest concern is the lack of highly trained staff and the ambiguity of Information about COVID-19. In other parts of our project we want to analyze data of thousands of patient where we are able to let the computer analyze even every single breath, including the oxygen intake and CO2 emission, patient temperature, lung compliance and airway resistance etc. We hope to bring this information together in context with existing studies and learn more about the disease.

However, knowledge is only potential power. Only when it is used and applied throughout the world that research is of real value. We are therefore aspiring to create a free interactive online school for the treatment of COVID-19 where participants can learn how to operate a ventilator and when to apply which treatment based on a disease model that we hope the data will bring forth. It will take time to develop that model but not longer than this pandemic will wreak havoc especially in developing countries, there is a lot that has to be done before the final level of online training can be achieved

The first step is to create a clear and beginner-friendly knowledge base of the current COVID-19 treatment protocols that will be accessible within the ventilator interface itself (which can be displayed on any web browser). We have to write an easy to understand manual and translate it in as many languages as possible, prepare an online training program for the use of this particular interface and then move on to ventilator training in general and then to COVID-19 treatment in general. All this will be a very fast-paced and difficult process but it will lead to less long term complications and more saved lives. We also hope that this will have a positive impact on the quality of healthcare workers in developing countries in general

We are Engineers. Our team is growing rapidly but we need more medical experts involved. We need experts who have long year experience with teaching healthcare workers and ideally know how to treat COVID-19 patients.
