Graphic Designer with Community Veteran Justice Project (Ages 55+)

Save to Favorites

Quick Overview: Use your graphic design and marketing skills to help tell Community Veteran Justice Project’s story.
Organization Name: Community Veteran Justice Project
Organization Website: https://www.cvjp.org
Mission: The Community Veteran Justice Project (CVJP) is dedicated to ensuring current and former military service members receive the information, support, and services they need to use California’s Veteran Statuses to improve their lives. CVJP provides specific services, policy advocacy, and community education to assist justice-involved service members/veterans with obtaining alternative sentencing for some felonies, and diversion for misdemeanor cases. This can result in treatment rather than incarceration, some cases being dismissed, and records being sealed.
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for someone with graphic design and marketing skills to help us create printed and digital materials that would tell the full story of Community Veteran Justice Project to potential donors and volunteers. We really want someone who knows how to tell a story through graphic design. This work could all be done virtually and on a project basis.

  • Will be helping to create LOGO, marketing materials, and brochures.
  • Graphic design skills and software with ability to create print-ready marketing materials.
  • Marketing experience so the materials tell our story to stakeholders.
  • Submission of resume and samples of past work recommended.
