As a Patient Experience Volunteer, you will be responsible for greeting all patients & guests as they enter the Bridgette Harris Cancer Pavilion and escorting them to their destination when needed. Patient Experience Volunteers are the first people that Henry Ford Cancer Institute guests encounter, so if you’re friendly and enjoy providing great customer service, this is the role for you!
This position is stationed in the Brigitte Harris Cancer Pavilion located at 2800 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI. Volunteers will be asked to commit to a minimum of one shift per week. Shift lengths vary by role, but most are 3-4 hours long. Shifts are available Monday-Friday 7:00am-7:00pm.
