As we transition to assist families with students engaging in remote learning, we are looking for a enthusiastic, attentive Afterschool Camp Counselors to lead, support, and motivate students as they enjoy all that the afterschool camp experience has to offer.

As an Afterschool Camp Counselor, your primary responsibilities are:

- Creatively engage with students grades K-8 in a safe setting following all CDC and state COVID guidelines
- Use passion for instructing children to inspire and serve as role model for students
- To be punctual, professional, and flexible at all times
- Consistently represent yourself and the company with a positive, energetic and professional approach
- Provide direct supervision and behavior management of students
- Deliver engaging, safe, and exciting activities as outline in supplied curriculum
- Ensure a fun, safe, and positive experience for all

Skills Needed:

- Strong commitment to educational programming for kids and teenagers
- Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new skills or programs
- Access to a reliable mobile phone device (i.e. iPhone, Android, etc.)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to meet changing work needs and demands
- Ability to work collaboratively on a high-functioning team
- Openness to feedback and desire to grow professionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Ability to communicate clearly, maturely, and compassionately with students and families
- Ability to maintain an excellent work ethic, a high level of energy, and exceptional enthusiasm all day, every day, for the duration of the summer
