The Development committee is responsible for annual fundraising goals, events and activities including bi-annual appeals, membership drives, and the annual Buck Forest Club event.
Interested members should have some familiarity with DuPont State Recreational Forest, be able to meet monthly, and be willing to take on projects independently. We need active workers in this committee. Some possible skills include development or fundraising experience, grant writing, community outreach, event planning, networking, public speaking.
This committee meets virtually on the second Tuesday of every month at 10am on Zoom. When social distancing is no longer required, this committee may begin meeting in person in Hendersonville. We are open to continued virtual participation.
