Are you an individual group looking for an organization to donate your handmade blankets?
Heartland is a non profit organization looking for handmade blankets or quilts for our patients. Our patients enjoy receiving handmade gifts and it brings such smiles.
What is hospice care?
Hospice is designed to provide comfort care as well as spiritual and emotional support to people in the final phase of a terminal illness. Hospice stresses human values that go beyond the physical needs, so that each client can spend their final days in dignity and comfort.
Enriching Lives at Heartland Hospice
We believe wholeheartedly in the power of the individual, the importance of relationships and the value of respect and dignity to everyone at every stage of life. Our goal is to create a positive difference every day, to make a personal connection and to create memorable moments that will enrich your life.
Our Mission Statement
We believe that our mission is to enrich lives by providing high quality services and products. That begins with every life we encounter: our employees, our patients and those who love and care for them, the communities in which we operate, our stakeholders and those who are yet to become our
customers.
If you are interested in this opportunity please email us through this opportunity or call Amanda Bouillerce at 707-523-0111.

Description
Heartland Hospice is a 501(3)(c) organization made up of a dedicated team of Nurses, Home Health Aides, Spiritual Coordinators, Social Workers, Bereavement support, Medical Directors, office staff, and volunteers that desire to give a full circle of care to patients with advanced stage illnesses.
Volunteers are the most important component in helping the staff give a full circle of care to our clients. They can visit clients in their home or facility, give caregiver relief, make crafts and gifts items for the clients, office support, and much more...
Without volunteers our clients would lack in receiving the love and care they need during their most difficult journey.
