The JFS Food Pantry has switched to a contactless drive-thru model every THURSDAY to keep our staff, clients, and volunteers safe in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. Volunteers must create an account at JFSDallas.VolunteerHub.com and attend a brief orientation with JFS prior to volunteering. As a volunteer, you will be assigned to one of the following roles:

• Traffic Control: Help to direct cars through the line in the JFS parking lot.
• Interviewer: Our interviewers will be responsible for greeting asking clients and writing down information that we need including their name, zip code, date of birth, and number of people in their family. Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Food Distribution: There will be two stops in the line where clients will receive food, these volunteers will place the pre-packed boxes or bags of food in the trunk of client's vehicles as they pull through the line.
