COVID19: We are considered an essential business during this time, and are practicing safe distancing/isolation of shifts with mask wearing to ensure safety.

  • We are in need of volunteers to fill AM and PM shifts to help with basic medical needs and medication administration. Training required.


  • We are also in need of those with veterinary experience and training willing to volunteer their time in AM and PM shifts for emergencies, volunteer training, etc to help us with the never ending medical needs a rescue presents.
We are in need of overall cat care: feeding, watering, cleaning of their spaces. We have cage care, and open adoption floor care.

Mission Statement

Our Farm Sanctuary rescues animals of all sizes--from chickens and cats all the way up to horses and llamas. Our mission is to find these creatures new homes where they can thrive and when that is not possible, to provide for their care here on the farm until their natural end.

Description

Originally a veterinary clinic, Our Farm Sanctuary was founded in 2018 to provide shelter and adoption services for animals of all sizes. At the moment, the sanctuary is home to cats, dogs, pigs, alpacas, horses, chickens, llamas, goats (yes, pygmies, too!) and a couple of other small critters. We are a fairly young organization and need volunteers who want to help build a vibrant and humanitarian organization that will thrive in the coming years. We are looking for animal care volunteers, social media volunteers, business organization volunteers, transport volunteers, foster families for dogs, animal trainers and wildlife rehabilitators.

We have a wonderful human community whom we refer to as our farm family. It's a great place to come to experience the best of humans, and to engage in restoration of hope.
