Talk About Adoption(tm) is hosting a virtual adoption conference and creating an online video curriculum, with a focus on training the staff of Pregnancy Resource Centers who serve women facing unplanned pregnancies. This project, called Adoption Speaks, will be providing comprehensive education and insight into modern adoption with amazing speakers, sponsors, and panelists. On the day of the conference, we will need your help at the filming location. We will need volunteers to:

• Drive between 375 Starlight Dr, Fort Mill, SC 29715 (filming location) and the airport (5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28208) to pick up and drop off our speakers who are flying in
• Take the temperatures and names of each speaker as they arrive
• Welcome speakers and lead them to the correct room
• Act as an assistant to the camera crew and speakers, helping get them things they may need
• Move furniture when we rearrange the film set throughout the day (you will need to be physically able to lift one end of a couch)
• Run errands, with a car, for anything we may need.

These may be unique opportunities to meet some famous pro-adoption and pro-life leaders ( https://www.adoptionspeaks. org/speakers) and we really appreciate any help you can give.
We expect the day of filming to last from 7:30am to 9:30pm so you can volunteer for a shift:

• Morning 7:00am-12noon
• Afternoon 12noon-5:00pm
• Evening 5:00pm-10:00pm

We will be providing free pizza and snacks for our volunteers around lunch and dinner.

If you have (or know someone who has) these skillsets, please reach out:

• Anyone with videography, graphic design, animation, social media or related experience who can help (not necessarily on Nov. 7th) add to these videos, please message me and tell me about your skills.
• Some people who are tech savvy and available Nov. 7th who could help us with our virtual conference platform, Whova and Zoom.
