Circulation Volunteer-Main Desk

As a Circulation Desk volunteer, you will work directly with the community at our front desk greeting patrons, checking in/out materials, and answering questions. Customer service experience or experience working with the public is preferred but not required. Volunteers must be:

• Comfortable using a computer and typing
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Able to adapt to a faster paced environment when needed
• Able to access materials on low and high shelves
• Able to wear a mask for the entirety of your shift
• 18 years or older

Circulation Volunteer-Children’s Desk

As a Circulation Desk volunteer, you will work directly with the community at our front desk greeting patrons, checking in/out materials, shelving materials, and answering questions. Customer service experience or experience working with the public is preferred but not required. Volunteers must be:

• Comfortable learning new technology
• Able to adapt to a faster paced environment when needed
• Able to access materials on low and high shelves
• Able to wear a mask for the entirety of your shift
• 14 years or older
