The Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA) is seeking candidates for its Board of Directors and we would love to hear from you.
Seeking candidates for our Board of Directors and we would love to hear from you! We are looking for community members who are passionate about the PNA’s mission to build community, and are actively working to build a more equitable and inclusive Board and organization. We value a diversity of opinions, backgrounds, ages, and ethnicities, and encourage people representing the diverse elements of our community to apply. Additionally, we are looking for members who have expertise in real estate, architecture, public relations, finance, are local business owners, or who have experience with fundraising.
Board members can serve up to two 3-year terms, starting in January, and generally spend 4 to 8 hours per month for board and committee meetings and supporting events. Our Board members are active and engaged!

Mission Statement
The mission of the Phinney Neighborhood Association is to build community by providing programs, services, & activities aimed at connecting neighbors and fostering civic involvement in our diverse community.
Description
Our programs include a hot meal program, a senior center, pre-school co-ops, before- and after-school programs for kids, an art gallery, and a DIY Hub including a tool rental library and Community Woodshop. We host community events throughout the year, including a Winter Festival, two beer tastes, a wine taste, Day of the Dead and Holi celebrations, book exchange events, Bingo/Karaoke parties, small community potlucks, a crochet group, concerts for families, and more.
