This position will work closely with the Executive Director and Global Strategist on strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting needs, desires and securing of new funding. This position is a consultative role; part leader and part doer, with the responsibility of ensuring execution of the strategy supports the strategy elements. This individual requires a unique background and takes a multitude of different operation experiences, and must include being both a creative thinker and influential collaborator. The Financial Executive will work alongside the Executive Director, Communications,Strategist, and Technology Executive Volunteers to make sure all needs and desires are met of the executive team. This includes working on identifying funding sources to fund each position long term.

- This Position will assist the Strategist on the roles of Executive Director, in the event he chooses to take on a political position or appointment.
The Financial Executive’s key mission is to develop Succor Solutions, Inc. National and International Resource Development Plan based on Sustainable Growth and Resilient business strategy.

Financial Executive responsibilities include:
- Communicating and implementing the Organization's resource development plans internally and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers, and contractors understand the organization-wide resource development plan and how it carries out the organization's overall goals.
- Driving decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement.
- Establishing and reviewing key financial priorities and translating them into a comprehensive resource development plan.
- Monitoring the execution of the resource development plan.
- Facilitating and driving key resource development needs and desired initiatives through the inception phase.
- Ensuring departmental/unit resource development planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities.
- Partnering with institutional leadership, special committees, and consultants to support execution of key initiatives.
- Developing inclusive planning processes.
- Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative resource development plans.
- Mobilizing and managing teams of individuals charged with executing resource development.
- Acting as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for financial and resource strategic plans.
