  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 2 people are interested

Mentor and tutor with a special group of young children in Kindergarten - 8th grade as you teach and assist them with their schoolwork. This is a great opportunity for new and/or experienced tutors to connect and help children and teenagers as they learn online. Our organization is focused on the positive development of the children and we strive to provide an experience based on fun, fellowship and faith!

Volunteers will assist with children with their homework and assignments in a designated classroom of 10 or less children. Volunteers can help Monday thru Friday between 7:30am - 3:30pm as their schedule permits. We can be flexible on when individuals can volunteer at The PARC. This volunteer opportunity will be ongoing until Fort Bend Independent School District returns to in-person learning.

Also all volunteers must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Volunteers will be required to wear a face mask at all times when in our facility, pass a health screening when entering the building each day and do a background check before volunteering at The PARC.

The PARC has been serving the Sugar Land area and its surrounding communities since 2001. The PARC offers a fun, positive experience for all their participants in a Christ-like environment. Here at The PARC, we are dedicated to promoting the physical health and spiritual growth in all individuals that partake in our program.
