A veteran run non-profit for veterans is seeking volunteers.
We are the Bunker Project (bunkerproject.org)

Our mission is to help veterans who are transitioning out of the military by providing rent assistance when they are not receiving BAH money from the VA. Many veterans who try to get their footing after leaving the service are put in a hardspot when they've committed to become a student, and do not receive any money during the summer months or other breaks. We help them have a stable home with other vets to get through this time.

We are seeking Fundraising/Grant Writing
There are a number of grant opportunities that we simply do not have the resources to pursue. An individual who either knows how to do grants, or is willing to undergo training would be a massive help in our mission.
We were in need of folks to help us run fundraising events, but due to current circumstances, that will have to wait for a while. HOWEVER, if that is your expertise, we should start talking now to make plans for a time when we can run these types of fundraisers. Send us an email with:

1) The volunteer position you are interested in.
2) Your experience so far in these types of positions/willingness to learn.
3) A little about yourself.
