Coaching Corps

We are in need of eight volunteers (adults only) at each of our 19 open sites daily, and we encourage you to sign up for those days you are available and the sites you are willing to volunteer at. Volunteers are needed for shifts between 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - volunteers are expected to stay for the entire shift.

Mission Statement

Coaching Corps improves the health, educational and social outcomes for kids living in struggling communities through the power of service and sports. We equip volunteers with the tools, support, and connections they need to serve as intentional sports coaches for under resourced youth.


Coaching Corps is the only national organization focused on bringing access to quality youth sports and trained, consistent coaches to communities faced with systemic disinvestment and inequity.

During the COVID-19 pandemic when youth sports have been sidelined, we have redeployed our staff and volunteers to support the children and communities we traditionally serve through essential service: food distribution, donated goods, and other support, are needed more than ever. Help your communities in this unprecedented time of need by signing up to volunteer.
