Lake Minnetonka Shores


Due to new requirements concerning COVID-19, we are screening everyone entering our campus community. Looking for volunteers who are willing to help with our screening desk to meet the following requirements.

* Must be 18 years old
* Can read and write English
* Communicates well with others
* Follow given instructions

* Greet each person in a professional manner.
* Receive items being dropped off for our residents and notify team staff for delivery.
* Instruct those entering our building to use hand sanitizer.
* Screen those entering our building by reading COVID-19 related questions of each individual and mark their answers.
* Take person's temperature with a digital thermometer.
* Hand screened/dated sticker to individuals who have passed all screening requirements.
* Give each staff person a mask to wear and make sure visitors and volunteers provide their own mask.
* Various clerical duties such as filing may be asked when free to do so.

  • morning / 06:00 AM to 11:45 AM
    Shifts can be somewhat flexible if needed.
  • afternoon / 12:00 PM to 04:45 PM
    Shifts can be somewhat flexible if needed.
  • evening / 05:00 PM to 08:30 PM
    Shifts can be somewhat flexible if needed.

Lake Minnetonka Shores is a Senior Living Campus that supports independent living, assisted living, memory care and care center senior residents. We also have an on-site daycare which makes us an intergenerational campus.

It is the goal of each staff member and volunteer to provide more choices and opportunities for older adults to live enriched and fulfilled lives until God calls them home.
