Rescue Alliance is seeking an experienced grant writer who can help us grow in our work and reach by helping RESCUE ALLIANCE increase the funding we receive. The grant writer will take time to learn more about RESCUE ALLIANCE’s programs, goals and financial needs. The grant writer will research, prepare, compose and send in grant proposals. The grant writer will look into potential and diverse funding sources, and keep careful records to track proposals, requirements, and outcomes. The grant writer will assist in planning fund-raising campaigns and promoting RESCUE ALLIANCE through public relations work as needed.

Rescue Alliance is a Animal Rescue Group that not only rescues abused and abandoned animals but we pull from kill shelters and work with humane societies for animal cruelty cases.

With the help of volunteers, Rescue Alliance offers a number of services and programs that strive to promote animal welfare within theGreater Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Humane Education and companion ownership, Louisiana Pet Food Bank, Feral Cat Program, Community Assistance Spay and Neuter Program, and Adoptions are all outstanding programs and services provided by the organization.
