Every Saturday we prepare hot meals for 10-12 individuals in the city of Avondale, that are in transition.
The meals can be prepared at the volunteers home. The have to be delivered by 6:00pm.
We supply the food and the volunteer prepares it. The volunteer would prepare a meal every other month.

Mission Statement
The mission of Word of Life Christian Center is "to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every race, creed, and nationality through the teaching and preaching of God’s Word." To provide food for those who are hungry. Clothe those who are in need. To bind-up the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives, release those that are bound, and comfort those that mourn.
Description
Our ministry was established in 3/1996 in Avondale, Arizona. We have been moving forward ever since. We are passionate about helping the community and those in need. We are currently running a food program called Feed The Need. We feed families in our community three days a week. Every Thursday we prepare hot meals for families in various communities.

- The whole process takes about an hour to an hour and a half depending on the menu item.
- Good hygiene. The ability to cook a basic meal. Works well with others. Can follow directions. Not afraid to ask questions and suggest ways to improve the program.
