We're a nonprofit all-volunteer cat rescue based in Waltham, MA. If you like working with people and love cats, please help us save cats' lives as a Volunteer Appreciation Coordinator! Our volunteers are the heart of our organization, so you will be helping in a major way!

This is a new position, so the details are flexible.

Duties would include:

Engaging volunteers and promote sense of community

Running volunteer appreciation program, which currently would entail the volunteer of the month (we'd like to add more features gradually)

Flexible time commitment; 2-4 hours a week. We also appreciate a 6-month commitment if possible! This position could be virtual.

Mission Statement

To control the local feral (undomesticated) cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return-Maintain (TNRM) programs and to facilitate the adoption of stray and abandoned cats and kittens into responsible permanent homes through our foster care and adoption programs.

Description

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit and we rescue stray and abandoned cats in the greater Waltham, MA area and try to find them loving homes.
