As an adoption coordinator, you will be responsible for answering email adoption inquiries, sending out and reviewing applications, setting up Meet and Greets with the potential adopters and the foster mom, interviewing and assessing adopters to ensure the cats will be going to good homes and finalizing adoptions.
Qualified applicants should be organized, be a good judge of character and be able to be friendly, professional and tactful when dealing with applicants and adopters. Cat experience is also very helpful.
Scheduling is flexible, but some weekend work will probably be required as that is when many adopters are available.
There is much to learn about the adoption process and we will work as a team to help you learn. Must have a computer or smart phone. We are looking forward to hearing from you and adding you to our team.

Mission Statement
Our rescue's mission is to rescue and rehabilitate as many abandoned and neglected cats as we can each year. Through spaying, neutering, foster care and finding permanent homes for cats and kittens. This includes vetting, feeding and housing them until we are able to find permanent homes. We also help with feral cats through our TNR and feeding program as well as rehabilitation of the kittens, enabling them to be adopted into homes.
Description
Adoptions are currently by appointment only. Our adoption site is inside Petsmart in the Tustin Marketplace, right off the 5 freeway at Tustin Ranch Road and El Camino Real.
We require an adoption application, in person interview, contract and adoption donation for all cats and kittens.
