FHR is searching for Rental and Mortgage Assistance Administrative Volunteers. We are looking for someone
that can assist us by processing program applications, communicating with tenants/homeowners and
landlords, keeping track of applicants, as well as sending resource information and satisfaction
surveys. Other tasks may be delegated throughout the process as necessary to successful
program design and process. We are looking for several volunteers to help us keep up with the
high demand of services due to current issues. Work can be done remotely. Help us help
families to stay in the place they call home.

• Work can be completed remotely, but does require computing skills, access to high speed internet, and computer programs for communication (Microsoft Office and email). Preference given to Southern Arizona residents
• Since work is done remotely, volunteer would also need access to audio/video interface for videoconferences and phone calls
• Administrative experience required. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Spanish language helpful
• Strong computer literacy, including experience working with Microsoft Office and email services
• Ability to work on independently on a fast-paced environment with solid follow-through
• Flexible schedule, though weekly time commitment is preferred
