Looking for hard working individuals that can tolerate the Florida heat to help building habitats for lemurs that are going to be rescued out of the pet trade. Please note we currently do not have an animals yet but are expecting these soon so this is a great opportunity for you to be part of the initial set up of an animal rescue organization.
we are looking for people with a passion for animals, tolerance to bugs and willingness to get dirty and sweaty.
Please note this is not an opportunity to pet or play with lemurs. We will be building habitats for these animals that have behavioral issues and any animal interaction will be through protected contact only.

By working with a network of zoo's, volunteers, advocates, foster caregivers, local veterinarians, trainers and shelters, DART is able to rescue and rehabilitate animals with behavioral challenges.
Description
DART is 501c3 not for profit animal welfare organization currently volunteer based and dedicated to rescuing former domestic and exotic pets with a focus on prosimians (lemurs) and homeless cats. We provide these animals with behavioral rehabilitation to reduce stress in former exotic pets and to find a loving home for domestic pets.
