We are looking for volunteers that are excited to help us promote and educate people about Valley of Fires Recreation Area by helping out in the visitor center and bookstore.

It’s great for camping and stargazing, too! Located just outside of Carrizozo and a short drive from White Sands National Park, who could ask for a more beautiful place to spend your days!

  • Volunteer Reimbursement: $22 / day
  • Volunteer Hours: 20 to 40 hrs per week
  • Must pass a background check
