Are you customer-focused and love to meet people from all over the world? The Bureau of Land Management and the Public Lands Interpretive Association want to work with you!
We are looking for volunteers that are excited to help us promote and educate people about Valley of Fires Recreation Area by helping out in the visitor center and bookstore.
Valley of Fires is one of the youngest lava flows in the United States. It is the perfect spot to view desert cactus and yucca, as well as many bird species. It’s great for camping and stargazing, too! Located just outside of Carrizozo and a short drive from White Sands National Park, who could ask for a more beautiful place to spend your days!
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.
