Mentor (Pravin) & Protege (Tristen) at Mentors, Inc's Annual Celebration!

Mission Mentors, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides mentoring support to public and charter high school students in Washington, DC and improves graduation rates and students' outlook for the future. Our Programs Mentors, Inc. works with motivated students to enhance their personal, academic and career development by matching them with adult volunteer mentors in structured 1-1 relationships. The organization's work with traditional public and charter high schools has also been proven to improve graduation rates: at least 90% of our students graduate from high school as compared to the city average of 60% and more than 80% of our students also pursue post-secondary education as compared to the city average of 29%. And to make sure our efforts yield the best results for our students, we follow the BEST PRACTICES of MENTOR, National Mentoring Partnership.
