Mission Statement

Rancho Milagro is expanding God’s Kingdom on earth by activating His healing and empowering all people we encounter through the gift of equine therapy and coaching. We are committed to impacting our community, state, nation, and the world by "renewing hearts and minds to thrive in the arena of life."

Rancho Milagro (ranch of miracles) is a non-profit, faith based ministry formulated to bring Equine Therapy and Healing to survivors of sexual abuse, sex trafficking, Veterans of Foreign wars suffering from "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder" (p.t.s.d.), as well as a place of rest and solitude for the wonderful and gifted people and ministers who work with these survivors on a daily basis. The therapy involves the client interacting with the horse alongside the clinical therapists and horse specialist in a calm and safe environment. At Rancho Milagro, our clients learn to read horse behavior, to maneuver a horse with one’s energy, and basic horsemanship. Teaching a horse to walk in the ring may seem simple, but it is a powerful exercise in healing. It is our goal to help our clients learn to deal with their anger and manage the emotions associated with severe trauma. Equine therapy may be just the thing to get them back in the saddle of life.
