Are you good at creating timely, original posts on Twitter that others want to interact with, and want to use your social media skills to help create a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia?
We are looking for a Twitter Master to help our public policy advocacy volunteers engage their elected officials about Alzheimer's and dementia.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow and engage with our organization's social media sites, especially posts about public policy
- Follow and engage with our advocacy volunteers on Twitter
- Create engaging posts and/or ideas to help our advocacy volunteers engage their legislators on Twitter
- Teach and mentor volunteers to help improve their Twitter skills
This person will work closely with our Senior Public Policy Manager.
Looking for a self motivated individual willing to commit 2-3 hours a week on an ONGOING basis.

Description
We provide programs and support services for patients, families, caregivers, and others in the San Francisco Bay Area affected by Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. Outside the federal government, the Alzheimer's Association is the largest research funder in the country and offers advocacy opportunities to make public policy change.
