This opportunity entails assisting with locating and writing grants for a nonprofit that serves families with children. Having these grants will enable TPR Cares to be able to continue to serve families in need of assistance. The families we serve have been severely affected by the effects of the pandemic. Many of them are at risk of, or have lost their homes due to the pandemic.
Through these grants, we will hopefully be able to present more opportunities to strengthen our families by gaining stability and independence.

Mission Statement
TPR Cares mission is to serve families who are in need. First and foremost, our mission is to educate, motivate, and enhance the quality of life of every parent and child who enters our doors. We strive to bring comfort to suffering families, resources to families lacking opportunity, and provide skills to families that have been neglected. Our program is designed to give parents the opportunity to gain stability through relationship building, learning how to complete employment training, and educational opportunity. Children will be given the opportunity to thrive in an educational environment. Each parent and child who enters TPR Cares will be shown unconditional love and be given opportunities to be able to maintain self-sufficiency.

We are an up and coming nonprofit. TPR Cares is a drop in shelter for families who are undeserved and experiencing homelessness. Our goal is to strengthen families through giving them opportunities to grow in areas of:

Resources
Childcare
We believe families are worth fighting for and giving the chance to obtain stability.
