Veterans Honoring Veterans at the End of Life
One in four hospice patient in our country is a Veteran who served in various wars: WWII, Korean Conflict, Vietnam War, Gulf War, Iraqi Freedom. Some have served our military during peacetime.
As a Veteran, you can honor our hospice Veterans by sharing your stories and by providing a special tribute with a pinning ceremony for their dedication and service to our armed forces.
If you'd like to be a part of honoring our military service men and women at the end of life, please contact Ann Leale, Volunteer Coordinator at aleale@bridgehc.com.
We serve patients and families in Contra Costa County and the Tri-Valley areas.
