Memory Bear Project for Hospice

Bridge Hospice is looking for talented volunteers with the gift of sewing to create a lasting keepsake for the hospice patient's caregiver.

With the donated clothes and materials of our patients, you can create an adorable memory bear for their loved ones to cherish.

For more information, please contact Ann Leale, Volunteer Coordinator at aleale@bridgehc.com.

We serve patients and families in Contra Costa County and the Tri-Valley areas.

Consider joining our team of compassionate volunteers making a difference in the lives of our patients and families!
