Thank you for your interest in serving the community! Cloth face masks donated to Catholic Charities are provided to clients in need of our services including the homeless population, refugees, seniors, and families in need. Volunteers are responsible for:
Securing fabric and sewing materials
Following a tutorial for a two-layer cotton face mask. We recommend the tutorial from the Center for Disease Control(CDC) found at: https://bit.ly/2CDPCuZ
Washing each face mask when finished and then placing each mask in an individual plastic Ziploc bag to preserve cleanliness
Dropping off face masks to Catholic Charities in the marked barrel in the Administration lobby at:1501 Las Vegas Blvd. N.Las Vegas, NV 89101

Through the generosity of foundations, grants, organizations and individual donors, Catholic Charities operates 16 programs providing support to more than 4,200 people daily and encompassing four core areas: Family Services, Food Services, Immigration and Refugee Services and Homeless and Housing Services. Catholic Charities also operates the largest Meals on Wheels program and Emergency Shelter Services in Southern Nevada.
