With Covid 19, the demand for rent and deposit assistance and the other homeless prevention services Midtown provides has increased. At the same time, our preferred method of assisting others - personalized face-to-face conversation, is not safe to engage in. As a consequence, Midtown need to move many of its processes into the cloud. Unfortunately, we don't have all the skills needed to do that ourselves nor an excess of money to pay contractors. We have, however, qualified for Saleforce Nonprofit Service Pack and Google for Nonprofits. We are seeking 1 or 2 volunteers proficient using Google GSuite to coach us through implementation of this program and work with the volunteer Salesforce Administrators already in place. We imagine using Google Meet to interact face to face with volunteers assisting and the shared drive to work with anyone who volunteers with us.
