Can you imagine not being able to get to your doctor's appointment or pick up your prescription? Many Polk County seniors face this dilemma every day.
You can make a difference in someone's life by driving them to a medical appointment, grocery shopping or the drug store. A mini van is provided by the agency for you to transport clients so you don't need to use your car.
The schedule is flexible, choose your own times between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (special appointments on Saturday).
Pick clients up from their home and drive them to their destination. You may wait or move to the next client.
