A free university education for those willing to work for it.

Using Ethereum Coinbase and the OpenZepplin libraries or similar, we will build a voting and vote confirmation system that will be used for third party certification of votes as well as primary voting system for certain elections that do not have a voting system in place now. Our first election to be served will be for the Global Indigenous African Diaspora.

We will create a wallet software for each voter to usae and "mining software" that will run on our existing supercomputer cluster and affiliated servers via the BOINC software from Berkeley

Volunteers must have completed or be completing an advanced degree in science or technology and be willing to volunteer 10 hours per week or more. F1 OPT are welcome. Our partner has e-file registration and will provide all the required documents.

Description

We evaluate open courseware and provide methods of documentation of study of opencourseware and collegiate materials outside of a college or university.

We improve the availability and structure of independent study learning. We insure that evidence of independent study accomplishment is suitable for employers and for further education.
