Progressive Massachusetts ("Progressive Mass") is a statewide, member-driven grassroots organization built from the ground up by organizers and activists from across Massachusetts to advocate for progressive policy.
This is an opportunity to be a part of a grassroots initiative to establish (and potentially help lead) a Progressive Massachusetts chapter focused on issues that impact the towns of Norton, Mansfield, Easton, Foxboro (and potentially Wrentham and Walpole if there is interest in expansion).
We will form a team of 3-5 self-starter activists who will meet (via Zoom) with the Progressive Massachusetts board on August 15th to discuss the way forward. Progressive Massachusetts will provide resources and guidance - we just need to mobilize and be the "boots on the ground!"

- Our state government and Constitution became a sturdy model for the nation
- We created the first public park in our new country, and we called it Boston Commons
- We founded the first public schools, built the first public transportation system
- We were first legalize marriage for all, the first to offer health care insurance for all
But there is clearly more to do and, inspired by this history, Progressive Massachusetts intends to transform Massachusetts into a bold laboratory for progressive state initiatives and foster an open and inclusive political environment.
