Do you enjoy talking and making personal connections?

The AGIF (www.theAGIF.org) is a unique nonprofit with a toolkit of solutions to empower small and medium nonprofits nationwide (and worldwide) to succeed and thrive. We work on the macro level to uplift the nonprofits -- in any cause -- that uplift their communities. We are effectively the water that can lift all boats (well, at least many).

We are looking for volunteers to call our members and prospects to ask:

1. what they need and match them with the tools we have; and
2. what possible barriers to enrollment they are facing.

We will of course provide you with a suggested script and train you in our solutions (all of which are on our website). You won’t need to know these in depth. If any questions arise, just pass them to us.

Successful candidates will be mature, personable, flexible, detail-oriented, proactive, eager and willing to learn. They must be able to execute quickly in order to capitalize on successes or trending moments. And of course, they must be able to work remotely using their personal computers and telephones. They will work closely with the Executive Director and/or Foundation President but will be expected to complete assignments with a minimum of supervision required. Furthermore, successful candidates will be proactive in proposing new ways to reach different audiences.

Candidates with nonprofit expertise, military experience, non-aggressive sales, or previous community service are particularly encouraged to apply. All volunteer applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, disability or age.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to conduct research to know and be able target noteworthy nonprofits. They will also learn to develop strategic messaging campaigns, both for targeted nonprofits as well as for the AGIF.
