Hearts & Minds Activity Center

  • 13 people are interested

Hearts & Minds Activity Center is a nonprofit organization located in San Jose, CA. We are a dementia-specific adult day program that serves individuals with dementia across all stages of the disease. Since COVID-19, we have moved our in-person day services to a virtual format via Zoom.

How can you help? Our members love music, especially songs from their generation! Whether you are a one-person band or a small group of musicians, we'd love to hear you perform.

Hours are flexible. We're looking to host a 45-60 minute evening concert sometime soon!

Experience (specifically with playing music) over Zoom is very helpful.
