You're a wizard at documents, formatting, proofreading, and spreadsheets. You handle lots of emails on the fly. Your proofreading and follow-up are impeccable. Details coming at you left and right and you get them all neatly organized. Then we need YOU!
We need someone reliable for this position. Someone who's a self starter and can work on their own. Someone who's a details freak and likes to make sure all the I's are dotted and all the T's are crossed. Training is self paced so it's up to you to ask questions or ask for help. Training requires reading, interpreting, and doing the steps. It's not video based and it's not trainer led.
We're looking for someone who's a wizard with Google sheets (Excel), Microsoft word, and email communications. Someone who's great at pulling all the details together. Someone who can work independently once trained. Someone who is RELENTLESS at getting the job done and does not disappear into the night, never to be heard from again.
After training we need you to coordinate 2 transports per month. There's email work involved during the weeks you are coordinating.

We're looking to train another rescue/transport coordinator. This person is responsible for gathering/compiling all of the passenger and contact info for drivers for each transport, recruiting drivers, preparing a run sheet with all the details, communicating with transport participants as needed, and distributing the run sheet to everyone who's involved that week.
This is remote PC work and emails. Cannot be done from a mobile device. Hours are flexible throughout the week as long as you meet our deadline for getting the final document out to everyone on Friday.
We have some self-paced lessons you go through in 2 weeks' time to learn our process. Then you shadow an experienced coordinator on a run. Next, you coordinate your first transport with an experienced coordinator assisting. After that you fly on your own and pick the weeks you want to work.

Mission Statement
The mission of A Reason To Believe Animal Rescue is to rescue homeless or neglected animals (including but not necessarily limited to dogs and cats), provide veterinary care, and get them placed them in great adoptive homes. All are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. We house these animals in foster homes, kennels, or boarding as needed. We work in collaboration with shelters, veterinarians, rescues, owners needing to rehome their pets, and the public. We work to reduce the animal overpopulation issue by spaying and neutering as part of our process. We work to ensure the safety of the public by vaccinating according to the law and as the health of the animal permits based on the recommendations of our veterinarian. We treat for parasites, injuries, dentals, skin or ear infections. etc.

ARTBAR is a foster-based pet rescue located in rural southwestern West Virginia. We mostly rescue dogs but occasionally help other domestic pets. We are located near the star in our logo.

- Must be at least 25
- Time is spread throughout the week, probably a total of 3-6 hours at first and less as you get better at it.
- Must be detail oriented and able to generate & answer emails plus format documents/tables. Must love dogs and have a passion for saving their lives.
