At Sanctuary Hospice, we are planning multiple events this year to honor those volunteers who bravely served at various Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Homes(either in-person OR Virtually). We are looking for active and former military service men and women who want to serve and support their comrades at the end of life. Most veterans just want a familiar face to share their experience or stories with and be recognized for their service to their country.

  • Veterans needed to serve as color guards, presenters at various pinning ceremonies, attendance at memorials or calling hours, flag folding or recognition events for our patients. Contact Laura Brindza to see how you can "Honor a Hero" Laurabrindza@sanctuaryhospiceOH.com or call 216.520.4080.

  • Volunteers required to complete application, background check, TB & Drug test and training FREE of charge. *Virtual/Self Study & In Person Training to fit your schedule.
