Connect with seniors in your area & make a difference in their lives, one ride at a time.
Northern Essex Elder Transport (NEET) is a volunteer transportation program for older adults 60+ who need curb-to-curb transportation for medical appointments. We need volunteers to drive to their appointments. Time commitment is flexible. No minimum time requirements. Drive when and where you want. NEET employs a Software program that allows for proactive selection of rides (supplied at training). Drivers are needed for local trips and assistance with appointments in Peabody, Danvers, Burlington, and Boston. However, you drive when and where you want.
Drivers use their vehicles and are given a generous mileage reimbursement and supplemental insurance.
