Northern Essex Elder Transport (NEET) is an all-volunteer transportation program for the elderly who need curb to curb transportation for medical appointments, essential shopping and social interaction. We need volunteers to drive elders to their appointments. Time commitment is flexible. Average trip is 2 hours and less than 30 miles. Drivers are needed for local trips as well as assistance with appointments in Peabody, Danvers, Burlington and Boston. However, you decide what works for you and your availability.

Drivers use their own automobiles and are given a generous mileage reimbursement and supplemental insurance.

Call NEET at 978-388-7474 for more details, email us at info@driveforneet.org or visit us at driveforNEET.org/volunteer.
