Do you have a heart for caring for people in hospice? Are you a bit reluctant to make a commitment, especially now with the virus restrictions?
Southland Hospice invites you to speak with our Volunteer Coordinator about the different types of volunteering with Southland, including but not limited to helping in the office and visiting patients.
Patient visits continue. Prior to being assigned and visiting patients, Southland offers training that will give volunteers the information and support they need to have in order to do this work. Supervision, on-going and specialized training is available.
So give us a call, ask some questions, get the answers and see if this is something you'd like to explore. We'd love to have you join our team of caring professionals!

Southland Hospice delivers quality care by a team of professionals --Physicians, Registered Nurses, Hospice Aides, Medical Social Workers, Spiritual Counselors, and Volunteers - who will provide comprehensive hospice services for our patients and families in the setting where they feel most comfortable.
