Rise Up Project is an initiative that provides essential job skills to help enter and advance in the workplace. Training sessions are provided free-of-charge. Coaches and mentors from various industries work in a virtual classroom setting, or in one-on-one virtual training sessions to cover these topics:
- Resume Review
- Interviewing Skills
- LinkedIn Setup
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Realizing that change must first begin with ourselves, each project that Be the Cause coordinates meets a clearly defined need, but also gives participating volunteers an opportunity to be inspired and feel fulfilled.
