Mission: Honoring Life ~ Offering Hope

Have you served in the military? Military veterans receiving hospice care are seeking your companionship!

As a veteran, you can provide specialized companionship and care for fellow veterans. Through weekly visits, you will support your veteran patient and family throughout the hospice process. You will participate in recognizing veterans for their service, and helping to build a special legacy. Orientation and ongoing education is provided for all volunteers.

  • Driver's License Needed
  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • At least 1-2 hours per week
  • Complete up to 15 hours of orientation and training. Complete and maintain yearly medical requirements (e.g. TB test and flu shot); COVID-19 vaccine required
