We are looking to add to our Fundraising team! We're searching for an Affiliate Manager - someone who will manage our Cuddly fundraising account, as well as research, manage, and get us on all of the affiliate programs that exist like Ralph's, Amazon Smile, Chewy, etc. There are SO many companies that offer charity programs, like Overstock, Bissell, etc. that we are not yet a part of, and we would love to be involved with all of them!
Cuddly is a company that believes the best way for them to make an impact is by providing the "business"tools, namely fundraising, marketing, and a valuable community, to animal-focused non-profits so that they can fulfill their potential and continue to do good. They enable animal rescues to create fundraisers and wishlists to support animals in their care, and we are so grateful for our partnership with them! This Affiliate Manager will help select a TAP dog in need (we’re currently doing 1-2 per month) - one with a hard story and needs a lot of care, or has a huge upcoming surgery, etc. - so that the account manager from Cuddly can create the fundraiser for us. The account manager will need to know: which dog needs to be fundraised for, their story, details about what they need, and will need to be sent all of the photos and videos of the dog. The account manager from Cuddly posts updates (roughly one every 2 weeks), so she will need to be provided updated pictures and info from TAP’s Affiliate Manager. She also creates a wishlist (like Amazon) of supplies and a monetary fundraising goal, so maintaining this relationship/our Cuddly account is CRUCIAL for our pups!

The Animal Pad is a nonprofit, all-breed dog rescue based in San Diego, CA that focuses on saving dogs from the streets of Mexico and high kill shelters. We get them the vet care they need, place them in foster homes and then find them loving forever families. Our mission is to form a safe space for dogs experiencing crisis and neglect, and to build a community of compassion through education, rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption. Our community of volunteers and fosters strives to ensure that all dogs get a fighting chance, and believes that no case is too extreme to be helped - meaning our rescue is full of perfectly imperfect dogs who can’t wait to meet you! Being operated solely by volunteers and funded entirely by donations, none of what we do could be possible without our dedicated team!

Here at TAP, we give voice to the voiceless and our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and find them the best homes possible. Founded in 2010, The Animal Pad is volunteer run and funded entirely by donations. We rescue dogs primarily off the streets of Mexico, and provide them full medical care and a loving foster home to heal in before they head to their adoptive home.
